Eligible personnel are employees who perform their job in accordance with SONIC operational standards and are in good standing. It is at the discretion of each Manager whether General Manager(s) or Assistant Manager(s) at participating drive-ins may compete in the Challenge. To receive monthly prizes, an individual must have been employed at the competing drive-in for at least ninety (90) consecutive days prior to prize fulfillment. Completion of the required LIVE FREE L!VE session is a prerequisite for monthly scoring eligibility. Failure to complete the minimum requirement within the designated time frame may result in forfeiture of KPI scoring points for that period.
